- 8 oz white button mushrooms (sliced)
- 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (to taste)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon (or parsley)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or vegetable broth)
- 1 tsp tamari (or coconut aminos)
- Dairy-free cream (to taste (optional for a creamy sauce))
- Fresh lemon juice
- Vegan Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle)
