  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 12 Bamboo Skewers (Soaked in warm water for 20 minutes)
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil ((80ml))
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar ((60ml))
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
