  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallion greens
  • grated vegan parmesan ((optional))
