  • 3 cloves garlic (, minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetarian “chicken-style” broth ((sub vegetable broth))
  • Zest of 1 lemon ((zest before juicing))
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice ((about 2 lemons))
