- 65 grams white granulated sugar ((1/3 cup))
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 37 grams silken tofu ((2 1/2 tbsp--you can substitute yogurt))
- 62 grams aquafaba ((1/4 cup--you can substitute yogurt))
- 225 grams mashed overripe bananas ((~2 cups))
- 113 grams melted vegan butter ((1/2 cup))
- 80 grams vegan sour cream or vegan yogurt ((1/2 cup))
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp brandy
