  • 400 g Korean radish ((equal to about 1/2 large Korean radish))
  • 2 tbsp course sea salt
  • 2 tbsp organic white sugar
  • 1/4 cup gochugaru ((can use less if too spicy))
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp plum syrup
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
