- 400 g Korean radish ((equal to about 1/2 large Korean radish))
- 2 tbsp course sea salt
- 2 tbsp organic white sugar
- 1/4 cup gochugaru ((can use less if too spicy))
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp plum syrup
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
