  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas (rinsed (270 g drained weight))
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used canned coconut milk)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1/3 cup nut butter or seed butter (of choice (I used cashew butter))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol (or sugar of choice)
  • 2 cups instant oats ((gluten-free if needed))
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (+ more for the top)
