- 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
- 1/3 cup nut butter or seed butter (of choice (I used cashew butter))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Erythritol (or sugar of choice)
- 2 cups instant oats ((gluten-free if needed))
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (+ more for the top)
