- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats ((gluten-free, if needed))
- 1/4 cup oat flour ((gluten-free, if needed))
- 1 cup nuts (or seeds of choice (see notes))
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit ((I used raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots))
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup ((or any other liquid sweetener))
