Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced white onions
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1+ cup low sodium vegetable broth or water
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese (homemade or storebought)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or about 8 hours*
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded vegan cheddar or mozzarella cheese (we use Follow Your Heart)
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- Vegan panko breadcrumbs
- Vegan crackers
- Raw veggies (carrots, celery, bell pepper etc.)
- Pull Apart Bread
