🌿 Buckwheat & Chia Bread

Ingredients

  • 300 g green buckwheat (or regular buckwheat)
  • 60 g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Spices to taste: black pepper, coriander, cumin, salt, dried garlic
  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions

👩‍🍳 Instructions: Soak the green buckwheat overnight (or use regular buckwheat if you don’t have green). Before cooking, drain all excess liquid. Soak the chia seeds in water for 10 minutes. Combine the buckwheat and chia seeds, then add salt, pepper, dried garlic, and any other spices to taste. Blend everything until you get a thick, sticky consistency. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil (mine is 10 × 28 cm). Evenly spread the mixture into the pan, gently tap it on the surface to release any air bubbles, then sprinkle with coriander or cumin if you like, and place fresh rosemary on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 1 hour. Enjoy! 🌱
