8ablish is a vegan cafe located in Azabudai Hills, Tokyo. This cafe sells dishes centered on organic vegetables and sweets such as gluten-free cakes, cookies, and ice cream. We use organic ingredients as much as possible, selecting vegetables, seasonal fruits, and rice grains grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and carefully making each item one by one.
