This is the outfit that operated a cinnamon roll / sweet roll booth at farmers markets along the Wasatch Front 2022-24, now (2025) expanding to a brick and mortar. All vegan, with sweet rolls, other pastries, and coffee.. Cuisine: pastry, coffee. The business name really is just "eats" and really they use the insouciant lowercase 'e'.
